By downloading, installing, or using Revenue AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Revenue AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered analysis of trading charts and financial data. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscription Terms

Subscription plans: Weekly ($7.99/week), Annual ($59.99/year)
3-day free trial for new users
Automatic renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancellation can be done through your App Store account settings
Refunds subject to App Store policies
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

4. Financial Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose money.

All trading decisions are solely your responsibility
You should consult with qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions
We do not guarantee trading success or profits
Only invest what you can afford to lose
We are not registered as an investment advisor

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Use the service lawfully and responsibly
Not share your account with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer the app
Not use the service for illegal activities
Be at least 18 years of age

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Revenue AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Transmit harmful code or malware
Interfere with the service's operation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Share, resell, or redistribute access to the service
Scrape or extract data from the service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVENUE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revenue AI, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We will notify users of material changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
